1950s Mid century Brass Diabolo Wall Lamp Light Italian Style Stilnovo Kalmar. The Magari wall lamp or reading light is handmade to order by medievalcraft Lighting. Magari is adjustable to suit your needs: there are two articulating joints and the shade has a swivel mechanism for rotation. This design is strongly influenced by both French and Italian Mid-Century Modernism and features a distinctly beveled edge along the bottom of the shade.

Inspired by the vintage sconces found by Eyeswoon's Athena Calderone and featured in her kitchen and in her gorgeous book Live Beautiful, 2020. Enamel colors may be specified from our 36 in-house colors! Frame and back plate patina may be specified from our 6 in-house metal finishes. Magari is shown here with PERFECT WHITE on the lower half of the shade, OIL-RUBBED BRONZE as the upper half of the shade, with NATURAL BRASS hardware.

This piece may be hardwired for use with a light switch (as shown), hardwired but with a toggle switch on the backplate for manual operation or made with a cord and plug with toggle switch if hard wiring is not desired.
