The interior night / mood light deflector is glass, not plastic with mirrored bottom to reflect light. Working fine, see statement below. Bulb in upper socket and shade not included. You can light the upper bulb only, or the interior bulb only, or both at same time with the turn of the switch. Some light specs on finish.

We did not take it apart, so it has some dust and soiling inside and the shade inside needs a good cleaning. Lights up, switch works as it should, original felt on bottom is worn and torn so may need replaced. The socket looks as though it has been replaced at some point.

We did not re-wire this lamp and as with all vintage electrical items, we suggest that unless you are familiar with electrical wiring you have the lamp re-wired by a certified tech if you feel it is necessary.
