Here is a brand new made in USA mid century inspired Double Cone Wall Sconce. These are the same ones we made for the hit AMC Show "Mad Men" for their Sterling-Cooper Set. These Sconces can be mounted with the small or large cone on top.

They had it with the large cone on top. You can mount it either way to suit your personal taste. These Sconces are rated for dry locations only. 60 Watt Bulbs max per socket.
